Woman Up! is not just a summit, it is a platform that will inspire and encourage women to forge their path towards economic empowerment. The main long term goal is to get firms, companies and corporations to pledge to add women to their work-force.
#WomenAtWork is an initiative by Siyahi that was launched at the first edition of the Woman Up! Summit in 2017. The idea is to integrate more and more women to join the work force and also to re-integrate those who wish to take up work after a hiatus.
