Radhika Kumari works on providing non-agrarian skill development to several artisans below the poverty line linking them to mainstream niche markets. She is currently the Associate Vice President of ACCESS Development Services, whose new venture the Pink City Rickshaw Company has kick-started recently.
The Company uses stylized environment friendly e-rickshaw in the pink city of Jaipur with young women drivers. It seeks to provide a new livelihood source and economic empowerment for young women from marginalized backgrounds.
