She has been the head of marketing, public relations, and communications for the country’s most iconic hotel – The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, Taj Wellington Mews, India’s Premier luxury serviced apartments, The Imperial Club by Taj and the flagship of the Vivanta hotels – Vivanta by Taj President, Mumbai. She also spearheaded the Taj Coffee Table Magazine, available in all hotel room across the Taj Group. Five years ago, Nikhila decided to pursue her passion and lifelong dream and launched Katalyst Reputation Management, a PR and Marketing outfit.
