Eika Banerjee CEO of Future Learning (a Future Group company), has abundant exposure of nearly two decades of core operating experience in various business leadership roles and serial entrepreneurial ventures. A corporate mythologist by both passion and profession, She has been the founder-curator for Aakhyaan since 2014, India’s first-ever annual mythology festival. Eika has a keenly vested in women’s issues and diversity agenda and regularly draws on India’s age-old wisdom to address the problems of today and the future through her unique pedagogy. She is also a chevening Gurukul Fellow for Leadership & Excellence from the University of Oxford.
