Deepika Arwind is a theatre-practitioner and playwright. Her theatre works include Nobody Sleeps Alone, A Brief History of Your Hair, and No Rest in the Kingdom. She has won, and been nominated for several awards for her writing; most recently she was nominated for The Hindu Playwright Award 2017 for The Playwright is Dead. One Dream Too Many for ages 12+ was part of the International Playwrights Intensive at The Kennedy Centre, Washington DC (2016). She was a fellow at the International Forum of Theatre Treffen at the Berliner Festspiele in Berlin (2018).
