Anupama Kapoor is a gender advocate and a passionate exponent of women’s economic empowerment through their workforce participation. She founded Reboot in 2013, a pan-India Mentoring and Capacity Building Career Community of women professionals, with a vision to mentor them through their journey back to the workforce.
She is a mentor with the Women in Business Programme at Cherie Blair Foundation for Women, UK and has co-created India’s first full-time Management Programme for Returning Women on a career break, at SPJIMR, Mumbai.
